Make a difference
Every pound you give to the Norfolk Heart Trust goes towards new equipment or training for the fight against cardiac disease.
As a charity, we're small, efficient and local. We have no overheads, no smart offices, no free pens or cards and no paid employees, meaning every donation you make to the Trust will be used to help us meet our goals, and not swallowed up by admin costs.
If you would like to contribute, there are several different ways you can support us.
Donating online is probably the easiest way to give to the NHT. Please visit our Just Giving page here
You can write a cheque payable to ‘Norfolk Heart Trust’ and send it to
The Treasurer, NHT, 215 Unthank Road, Norwich NR2 2PH.
If you send a cheque please complete the Gift Aid Form
Gift Aid form here.
Standing orders/direct transfers
Alternatively, you can set up a standing order from your bank for regular donations over a number of months. To do so please write to the Hon.Treasurer at 215 Unthank Road, Norwich, NR2 2PH.
If you set up a standing order, please complete the Gift Aid Form
Gift Aid form here.
If you are currently a UK taxpayer, and you fill out a Gift Aid Form
Gift Aid Declaration, when you make a donation we can claim back 25p for every £1 that you give. Once you have signed your Gift Aid Declaration it is valid for all gifts in the future and for any gifts you have made to us in the six years prior to signing the Declaration.
We always aim to give the best possible care to our patients but, sadly, we cannot save everyone. There are ways in which the memory of your loved one can support the work of the Norfolk Heart Trust.
Donations in lieu of funeral flowers
Rather than buying flowers as a tribute, you might like to consider making a donation to the NHT instead. The funeral director will be able to advise you how to do this.
In Memory donations
The Norfolk Heart Trust is always grateful to those who donate at this difficult time: in memory donations ensure that your loved one is remembered by supporting the valuable work that the NHT does in supporting cardiac treatment in Norfolk. Again, the funeral director will be able to advise you.
The gift of a legacy in your will, however large or small, is a wonderful way of ensuring that future patients at the Cardiology Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital benefit from your generosity
